YGAF Board members are unpaid volunteers and the law office of Brush, Flanders & Moriarty, LLC administers day-to-day affairs of YGAF at no fee while also providing pro-bono legal counsel.

As a result, donations received by YGAF are applied directly to beneficiaries, or chosen causes, without deduction for professional or in-house administrative costs, except for certified public accountant costs and state filing fees, paid for by dedicated donations made for such purposes.
